Hello friends,
My name is Alyssa! I am a nomadic wedding and portrait photographer based in Virginia, and I am passionate about people and stories. I'm also a lover of nature, adventures, belly laughs, and the plant and fungi kingdom. My photos highlight the inherent connection between humans and nature, emphasizing color, depth, texture, and the contrast of light.
I grew up with a camera nearly attached to my hand, in awe of the ability of a lens to zoom in and magically offer a different perspective of the natural world. When I discovered the power that photos have for honoring and sharing the stories that matter in our lives, I fell even more in love with this passion. I am thrilled that photography has become my job!
